Pupil's examinations are conducted by the organisation bi-annually. The papers are set by the different Heads of Departments for the various standards. The Advisor’s and Heads of Departments go out to the various madaaris and conduct the exams personally. For the Grades One and Two, all subjects are tested orally. From Grade Three onwards, pupils do a written exam, except for subjects like Qur'aan, Hifz and Practicals(Salaah, Wudu, Tayammum) which are done orally.
The papers are then marked and moderated before being entered onto the computer. The teachers are not involved in the conducting of the examinations or in the analysis of their students.
Thus the exams are conducted "externally" and there is uniformity in assessment. After the exams an "exam review" is held to discuss and analyse the results and constructive solutions are discussed. The HOD's then work on a remedial programme to improve on the weak areas. The results are discussed with the teachers who are advised on how to improve the results.
To ensure a level of high standard, each subject has a department of its own, managed by the Head of Department.
